Rebecca is an attentive listener to who I found I could easily open up and voice my thoughts and feelings without judgment. She has an easy-going attitude and a wonderful sense of humour. I had initially begun seeing Rebecca for work-related anxiety and stress, and throughout the course of my sessions with her, she provided careful and well-thought advice, tips on self-care and encouragement to practise meditation. She has helped me to realise that anxiety is part of everyday life, and we can put in place strategies to help ourselves cope better with anxiety. I believe it is so important to connect with your counsellor, and I was very fortunate to have connected and clicked with her, which made me look forward to our sessions together.
